Automation Overview
We built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot workflow that lives as a floating widget on the website. It reads from a structured, vectorized knowledge base that includes service explanations, case studies, process details, FAQs, and capabilities. The bot responds with contextually correct answers and can push visitors toward WhatsApp or the CTA form.
Intent-Driven AI Engine
The workflow uses intent detection to understand what the visitor is asking (service inquiry, capability question, pricing, booking, etc.). Different intents trigger different responses and actions.
RAG Retrieval Layer
When a visitor asks a question, the bot searches the vector database, retrieves the most relevant snippets, combines them with the visitor’s question, and produces a precise, context-aware answer based on actual services and expertise.
CTA Routing Logic
Depending on the user’s intent, the system can redirect them to WhatsApp, show a “Book a Slot” CTA, suggest filling the contact form, provide case study examples, or share service breakdowns.
Natural, Human-Friendly Responses
The chatbot speaks in simple, warm, clear, and helpful non-robotic language. The tone feels aligned with your brand’s voice.
Works With Any Website Setup
The AI widget can be embedded via Script tag, iFrame, or external widget wrappers. The backend logic stays inside n8n.
Input Cleanup & Safety Layer
The workflow includes toxicity detection, irrelevant query filtering, spam prevention, and graceful fallback replies to keep the chat experience professional.
Analytics-Friendly Structure
The bot logs query type, intent detected, response length, and timestamp, helping you understand what visitors care about the most.
