    We built a complete competitor research and keyword analysis system that turns client domain, competitor domains, and optional topic categories into a fully structured competitor SEO report with keyword gap discovery, topic clustering, SERP intent analysis, content strategy recommendations, and clean Google Sheets outputs.     The process starts when the user submits their website, competitor websites, and optional topics. This becomes the trigger for an entire multi-tool SEO intelligence pipeline.

    Automated Keyword & Ranking Data Collection

    The workflow pulls data from SE Ranking API (Competitor keywords, positions, traffic), Google Search Console (Client keywords and search positions), and Google Serper (Real-time SERP intent and ranking patterns). It collects thousands of keywords, rankings, and metadata — all automatically.

    Intelligent Keyword Cleaning & Deduplication

    The system cleans and standardizes all keywords by removing duplicates, eliminating branded and irrelevant terms, normalizing keyword format, and filtering zero-volume or non-opportunity phrases. This turns messy exports into a clean, unified keyword set.

    Keyword Gap Discovery (Core Feature)

    For every keyword, the automation checks if the competitor ranks and the client does not. If yes, it becomes a gap opportunity. Each opportunity is scored based on search volume, competitor ranking strength, client ranking weakness, SEO difficulty, organic demand, and topical relevance.

    AI-Powered Topic Clustering

    The system uses AI to categorize all keywords into clean, logical clusters based on search intent, semantic meaning, and topic groups. Instead of a messy keyword dump, the business gets clear topic clusters, organized opportunities, and logical content themes.

    SERP Intent & Content Strategy

    For top competitor keywords, the workflow performs deep analysis: Runs SERP research, checks page types, determines ranking intent (commercial, informational, transactional), identifies why competitors rank higher, and generates AI-driven suggestions (Ideal page type, Best H1, Recommended meta title, Content style).
