    Problem Statement

    Finding good job opportunities manually across multiple platforms takes a lot of time. Each platform has different search formats, noise levels, spam, duplicates, and country-specific variations. Teams and freelancers often struggle to search consistently, track all platforms, identify real opportunities, and filter out fake or low-value posts. The client needed a system that automatically finds jobs, works across multiple communities, cleans and tests relevance, and stores everything in one place.

    Automation Overview

    We built a multi-source job scraping automation that monitors 4 major platforms: LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook groups, and Fiverr buyer requests. The workflow fetches job posts using specialized keyword queries, passes the results through an AI-based normalization layer, filters out irrelevant items, and logs the final qualified job list into a master Google Sheet.

    Multi-Platform Search Engine

    The automation uses custom search logic to scan LinkedIn posts & job feeds, Reddit communities, Facebook groups, and Fiverr requests for niche roles. Each platform has its own scraping approach to maximize accuracy.

    Specialized Job Search Queries

    We designed optimized search strings to improve signal-to-noise dramatically. This system can be repurposed for any niche: Marketing jobs, Automation roles, Virtual assistants, SEO specialists, Sales or lead gen tasks, just by changing the keywords.

    AI-Powered Normalization Layer

    Every scraped item is passed to an AI model that standardizes titles, extracts role type, identifies hiring intent, searches for keywords, filters out irrelevant entries, and tags metadata like budget or urgency.

    Qualification & Filtering Logic

    The system automatically checks job relevance, skill match, legitimacy, real hiring need, and whether the post is promotional spam. Only high-quality jobs pass through.

    Unified Output to Google Sheets

    All qualified jobs are stored into one master sheet containing job title, platform source, description, link, detected requirements, budget, and timestamp. This becomes a searchable job database.

    Scheduled Automation

    The workflow runs hourly, daily, or at any interval, discovering new opportunities without human intervention.

    Safe & Reliable Error Handling

    If a platform fails or returns no results, the workflow skips that source, logs the failure, and continues with other platforms, preventing execution breaks.
